I have a CASY BOM that has costs for every part. when i look at all assemblies the cost is showing $0.00. All other CASY assemblies show cost. ???????? what is going on?

Not sure.

In the tools menu (bottom of the menu bar) is database utils > Check/Sync. Do the sync and that should check and refresh the build costs of all assemblies.

Sync shouldn't be necessary but if you've migrated from some other system or imported data from external sorces then it might need sync'ing.

I'm having the same issue.
I've got about 1300 line items now, components and assemblies.
In the vast majority, the costs propogate just fine... the higher level assy cost uses the cost of all components. There are a few components whose cost appears fine when listing individually, but I cannot get their cost to propogate.

Mark. Did you try 'Check/ReSync' as explained above?

If an assembly is imported from CSV then MiniMRP (v4) forgets to recalculate the assembly cost so the cost for that assembly is not displayed.

You can get the price to show by opening the assembly in the parts list editor and change/unchange a cell just to make the Save button appear. Editing and saving the assembly causes the price to be updated.

Or if you were importing a number of assemblies then do all your importing first and then, when you're done, go to the 'Tools' menu/Database Utilities and do a Check/ReSync. That will check and sync the costing of all assemblies in the database.
