MiniMRP can export some data as CSV which can be imported into other programs. But there's no direct Quick Books integration.

The 'Enterprise' version can connect to MS SqlServer. So of your website has MS SqlServer then you could use that. But the program itself still runs on your desktop rather than in a browser.
