We are able to "Deliver" a Finished-Good without proper inventory quantity of the Customer Order.
Why not "red-flagged" somewhere?

I guess that would make the stock negative, so you would then run reports to check for this at intervals.
Parts with negative stock are not included in stock valuation reports.

When you go to the list of customer orders and select one to "Deliver" it opens the order window showing what's going to be delivered, quantities etc.
There's a column named "OnHand Qty" just to the left of the Order Quantity.
That OnHand column tells you how many you have OnHand.
I suppose the could change the background color of that OnHand cell if it's not enough to complete the shipment. But you'd still be able to ship which drives quantities into negative

we are also using minimrp and suffer from the same issue. In the past, we used SAP and there it was not possible to "deliver" with a negative inventory. Is there a setting to prevent "deliver" if the inventory will get negative?

I vote that this is not changed.
Sometimes I receive a delivery and it doesn't get booked on to the computer or a work order is completed and the assemblies haven't been booked into inventory yet but I still want to ship. I would not want the program telling me what I can do. That drives the inventory into negative but it comes back up again once the items are booked in.
If I wanted the control of SAP then I'd be using SAP not mini mrp.
