There two options to reduce inventory under ADJUSTMENTS? Issue reduces QOH by the amount you enter, while Adjust Changes the QOH to new QOH. What are there two options. Benefit to either one?
When adjusting an ASSEMBLY, would be nice to have option to reduce assy and return parts back to the components. With ADJUSTMENTS you have to reduce the ASSY, then INCREASE the component manually.

The end result is the same. The quantity is reduced.
But if you are going to issue a quantity of items to a job of some kind then just issue that quantity and MiniMRP will do the math.
But if you've done a stock check/inventory count and need to adjust ie enter a new OnHand quantity then enter the new quantity to overwrite the old one.
Two different processes with different description in item history.

Adjusting an assembly?
If you've processed a work order to build, say, 10 assemblies and then decide to "UnBuild" 2 of them then instead of doing the adjustments manually it would be quicker if you just "Un did" the whole work order. That puts all of the components back into your inventory. Change the work order qty to 8 and reprocess it.
