I had a system crash and had to reinstall the program. Thankfully, I have full backups.

Where is the database file located?

The folder is:-

c:\program files\minimrp4

or

c:\program files(x86)\minimrp4

The data file is:- "MRP4DATA"

You need to install MiniMRP using the downloaded installer and then restore that MRP4DATA file.
