I am noticing that we have a lot of negative quantities on hand for item components. In checking the history tab for components I can see where parts are received in via purchase order however the balance column is not updating. We have two purchase orders received, first order 6 pcs, second order another 6 pcs however the total line in balance remains at 6. We had a usage of 9 pcs via work orders and now our on hand quantity is showing -3.
