While changing something in the UAC settings, saving the changes leads to an error: "The data could not be saved. Incorrect syntax near 'T'. Unclosed quotation mark after the character string ')'."

This isn't specific to 5.0.66 We haven't done anything around UAC for a while so the bug must have been there a while.
One of your user names contaiining a quotaion mark? quotation mark followed by letter 'T
In the SQL language a quotation mark can have a special meaning and MiniMRP is obviously getting it wrong in the UAC.
This is a bug and w'll have that fixed in just a couple of hours. New version 5.0.67 to be released later today.

The above error - and the similar message that might pop up when closing MiniMRP (if user name contains a single quote ' character) are both fixed in version 5.0.68
Version from the downloads page is (at time of writing this) 5.0.68
