Is it possible to change the Work Order Quantity after the work order is made and before allocation? Thanks

Yes. Go to the menu "WorkOrders/WIP" and open your list of work orders.
You can edit directly into the "WO Qty" column to change the work orde quantity.
If the work order was already allocated then you can click the Work rder with the RIGHT mouse button. Undo the allocation, change the quantity and reallocate.
In fact a work order at any stage can be reversed back to the start and change the quanty and reprocess with the new quantity.
