How do you do that?
I'd love to show a video of it but the forum rejects the link and there's no attachment feature.

I have a part that didn't import correctly and I need to manually edit it. I can't see a way to add the manufacturer or manufacturer's number.

Hello. We discussed this via email.
In the menu bar to the left of the MiniMRP program window you have the 'Contacts' menu area. here you can dreate new suppliers and edit supplier details such as name, address, phone number etc.
In the menu bar to the left of the MiniMRP program window you have the 'Components' menu area. Go to the list of components and select one. This opens the Item Detail tab. See the 'Supplier' option in the item detail. Here you can add many different suppliers who are capable of supplying this item. Each supplier can have a different supplier part number, UOM and cost. Here you edit the supplier's details that only affect that one item such as the price or supplier's part number.
