I ran the import utility, but received a message saying the import process failed. The message also instructed me to send a screenshot of the error message to you. How do I do that? I see no way to contact anyone except in this forum.

Surely the program has an email address visible somewhere in the program?
Sending a copy of the p&v database would be quicker.

Found and fixed my problem. One of the PO numbers in the P&V database had an apostrophe accidentally tacked onto the end, and MiniMRP didn't like it. Removed the apostrophe and everything worked perfectly.

Apostrophe shouldn't cause a problem - obviously a fault in the p&v import tool that we need to fix ASAP.
