The software freezes when we try to pull up the history of an item or assembly. Need to find a resolution, as we use this regularly.

We're not aware of such an error/

what version do you have? What database/server are you using? I mean do you use SQL Server or the standard database?

On the standard database - At the bottom of the menu bar is the backup/restore tab. In there is a button "Check/Resync".

Make a backup first. You can never make too many backups.

Click that Check/Resync button.

No go back and look at Item History for an item.

Does the problem happen only on certain items - or on everything
