Is it possible to change the way orders look when they are printed?
Frequently there are large quantities dispatched in stages. What I want is to add two boxes next to each product. One that can be used to write down the quantity being dispatched, and another to write down the initials of the employee who built them. Being able to customise the print-out would be useful if it exists.

You can't modify report designs. You would have to use a seperate document.

What version of the software do you have?
In my version there's a 'Notes' column on orders and dispatch. When you ship you can add a little note on each item/row. It's only one cell per row but maybe you could hyphenate your two pieces of info of slash / it
