We have a user that has left the company and I would like to free that license up and/or re-assign it to a new user. Can that be done?

Yes. You can re-use a licence key. ie move a licence to a different computer.
When you purchased the software you were sent a /licence code for each licence.
You can simply re-use that old licence code on the new user's computer.
When you key the licence key into a new computer you may see a popup saying the code was used already but it doesn't prevent you using it and you can continue on the understanding that the software was/will be uninstalled from the old computer.
If you don't know what the licence key was for the old user's computer then please email us and we should be able to get it for you once we know who you are.
