I'm having an issue where our company logo is not populating on purchase orders for a single user. Any ideas on solutions for this?

You say 'for a single user'. That sounds like there's other users where the logo does appear on orders?

If that's the case then check the path to the logo. The path needs to be accessible to all users. For example if one use setup the path something like

C:\SOME_FOLDER\SOME_LOGO.JPG

Then it means that every user will need a copy of the logo in the C: drive of their own computer. So better to put the logo in a shared network folder

Y:\SOME_FOLDER\SOME_LOGO.JPG

ie somewhere where the path is the same for all users.
