I added 2 Custom fields. Harmonized Code and COO. I want to display them in the component list, use them in reports and update them via importing. They show as being able to be added to the Component screen, but I can’t select them.
Can anyone provide some insight on to how to do this?

When looking at the 'All Components' grid there's a menu button and when you click that you see the option to 'Show/Hide' columns. There should be a checkbox that you click and then that column should appear in the All Components grid. Similar thing with the BOM/Assembly Parts Lists.

Actually, they show in the list but the text is gray and thry camt be selected
Any ideas?

I closed the database and reopened. The fields can now be choses.
