Is there a way to see when part or assembly has had a revision change? I'm looking for a way to track changes.

We never 'Edit' an Item's revision. It's not good for revision handling, control or tracking.
If I have, for example Revision 'A' and I create a new revision 'B' then I want to have both revisions in my system.
So, when I want to create revision 'B' I open 'A' in the Item detail and go to 'Save As' and save with revision 'B'. This creates an identical part with that new revision 'B'. I can then edit B making changes etc which doesn't affect A.
I can then look at the history for Revision 'B' and I can see the last Edit data - basically the date that that revision was created and by Who

I was just about to ask this same question. I'd like to track changes as well. I suppose we could just create new and obsolete the old but the old still exists and could be un-obsoleted. By creating a new part (rev a then rev b) this doesn't play well with assemblies that part is used in. Now you have to add that new part to every assembly manual.

I suppose that's just a limitation in a 'Mini' mrp.
As I said earlier. We never delete an old part or assembly we create a new revision. If the part in an assembly is changed than that create a new revision of the assembly. I need to keep both old and new assemblies in the system. In fact some customers specifically request a particular revision of a product assembly the same as they had last time and not a new revision of it
