There are three column headers called Total Quantity, Quantity, On Hand.
The Total Qty is not the Total Consolidated Quantity (as I expected), actually the Qty is. Is this a BUG?
I found this misleading until I did the count myself. In fact Total Qty has no meaning in the context of this report as far as I can see. Maybe it is mis-labelled?

Thank you Stephen. I'll need to check that. It does sound like a bug.
As you say, the total quantity should be the consolidated quantity. For example where a common component exists in multiple sub assemblies in the BOM this is the total of all those positions.

We've seen the same issue as Stephen. As near as I can tell, the Consolidated Pick Lists "Total Qty" is the quantity used for only one of the sub-assemblies containing the part. The "Qty" field holds what we are looking for: the total quantity used of the part over the entire assembly. We've learned to ignore the "Total Qty" field when viewing the Consolidated Pick List.

Thanks Guys.
When looking at a multilevel BOM the QTY and TOTAL QTY columns should work as expected.
When looking at the consolidated Pick List we should hide the multi-level quantity columns and only show the consolidated pick quantity.
I'm sure the TOTAL QTY column used to be hidden in the consolidated pick list but something must have changed recently exposing that column.
In any case we'll make sure it's fixed in the next update.
