In the menu on the left select Assemblies>All Assemblies. This brings up a list of all of your assemblies. One of the columns shows the build cost (The cost to build that assembly)
Also, when looking at a BOM you see the cost in the corner.
Don't you see the cost?

yes, there is an total cost in the lower corner. What i was looking for is a by line item costed BOM. if you have an cost issue with an assembly it is much easier to find if you have a line item costed BOM

In the BOM window you see a blue wrench button at the top. Click that and select the option to 'Show/Hide' columns. One of the columns that you can show is the item cost.
I'm not looking at it right now so can't remember if there's a column/cell for total cost for the line (item cost multiplied by total quantity) but, once you have that ItemCost cell visible on your BOM, it takes just a second to output the BOM to excel and then another couple of seconds to multiply the item cost and qty cells into a line total.
Suggested improvement to MiniMRP in future if that cell doesn't exist
