we need to add a customer number to out invoices, delivery notes etc. How can we managed it? or which files could be used??

I'm sorry. MiniMRP doesn't show that on orders, deliveries or invoices.

Only think I can think of if if you edit the customer's name and add their number maybe in braces something like

Acme Falling Anvils LLC [12345]

or

[12345] Acme Falling Anvils LLC
