When i look at "Completed Deliveries" / "Show deliveries that have not yet been invoiced", i can see a record that should not be there - it is old.

If i select the record, "View/Edit" i get a message "The record is partially missing and can not be displayed or deleted".

Is there anything i can do myself to get rid of this?

Can you tell me what version of the software you have? When you start the software there's an "About" button at the botom of the window. The version is 3 such as 5.0.123 I'd like the whole thing please.

Can you go to the list of customer orders and find the customer order. Open that. Does it show any items? Or is the order empty?

Go back to the list of "completed deliveries". The column "Despatch#" shows a number such as 1234-001, 1234-002 etc. What # is this delivery? Are there other deliveries for the same order? (such as -001, -002 etc) or is it just one delivery for the whole order.

Sorry about all the questions. I'm just trying to reproduce this error and so far I can't.

Software is 5.0.125.0

The order is empty.

It just shows one delivery - but it is -005, and i know there were others.

When i click on the order in "Completed deliveries" it gives the message above - about an empty record, if i click OK, it then asks if i want to quit without saving, i click yes - then a message is displayed "Unexpected error, index was out of range".

The items that were on the order You've deleted them the database.

Assuming you don't want to customer order anymore - it doesn't show any data because you've deleted it - then you may as well delete the customer order. Can you go to the list of customer orders. To the left of each one is a small [>] button. Click that and select the option the delete the order.

Once the order is deleted those uninvoiced deliveries should disappear as well.
