Topic: Error in quantity for All Components-Required column

The Require column for a particular component listed in the All Components table shows that I need qty 324 but when I click on the info icon there are no orders that require this component. I even tried removing this component from every Assembly and it still shows that I need 324 when in fact I need zero. What can I do to fix this problem?

At the very bottom of the menu bar on the left of the program window is the backup/restore button. Go there and select the option to "Check/ReSync".
Make a backup first then run the check/resync.
Does that fix it?
