I am getting "Unexpected Error" when i try to save the invoice with three lines of text in the note field. It will save the packing slip OK. If i remove one line of text, it works.
Is this known?

The problem isn't the number of lines in the Invoice Note field. It's the total number of characters.
On the Invoice the note is limited to around 250 characters.
On the Shipping document it can be longer. Delivery instructions, alternate delivery addresses etc. But on the invoice you'd need to delete that if it's too long.
I agree that it should be bigger but we can't fix this now. It'll be something we do in the next major version.
