How do you export an assembly BOM to CSV? I am able to export a list of assemblies just can't export an individual BOM.

Use the "X" button above the print button in the "View indented partslist/bom" screen.

Many pages, with data grids, lists, reports etc have a large green [x] button which allows whatever data grid you're looking at to be exported to csv.

I just discovered miniMRP and am researching how I would get started. I already have all my BOMs in Excel, so I'd like to know if there's an easy way to import them. Forgive me if this has been asked previously.

In the menu bar on the left of the program window you see the 'Assemblies'.
First create the new assembly (Just the part number and description of the top level product/assembly).
Close the 'New Assembly' window and click the 'All Assemblies' button. This brings up a list of all your assemblies sorted by part number.
To the left of each row is the small [>] button. Click that and a menu appears.
Select the option to "Read Parts List/BOM from SCV". Then follow the on0screen instructions.
I will add that the import just imports one level. So if all your BOMs are single level then it'll work fine.
If your BOMs are MultiLevel (They contain sub assemblies which also contain components and possibly sub-sub assemblies etc) then you'll need to edit the CSV's so that each assembly/sub assembly has its own CSV. Then do the above for every sub assembly. MiniMRP will stick them all together.
That description sounds quite long winded but once you've done it a couple of times it goes really quick

Thanks that sounds promising!
