1) When I am looking on the "Purchase Orders" I would love to be able to see a collumn at the far right that shows "Notes". It would mean I wouldn't have to go into each order individually to see notes I have made such as when I last chased the supplier for delivery, who I have spoken with, what order the components are intended for etc.
2) Currently the only way to make "notes" on a PO is in the "Comments" box or adding a non-stock line. Unfortunately both of these show up on the PO when it is printed or saved as a PDF. Frequently I need to make notes on a PO that I do not need/want the supplier to see. Either a second box for "Hidden Notes" or a tick box next to the "Comments" box to select if it is visible on the PO print or not would help solve the issue.
