When we group our parts by supplier we can see there are 4 parts for one supplier however when we click on this is doesn't drop down and show which parts this supplier produces.
How can we get round this?

The Group By Supplier shows total number of items from each supplier.
The Qty per supplier includes
1. Items that are only used/available to your other locations so might not appear when you click the [+] button in your current location.
2. Items are in a 'hidden' or 'obsolete' state so they won't appear anyway.
3. Items are Assemblies even though they won't appear when you click the [+] button in the Components grid.
Those things, I suppose, are errors in the software which we'll look at addressing in the next version. In the meantime though just know that the Qty is correct but the items are just excluded when you click the [+] button for one of the above reasons.
