I have inserted a graphic to be printed on purchase orders. It is within the size limit but does not print correctly. Print per-view show its correctly but when sending it to a printer or saving as a .pdf it shows only a portion of the graphic (the upper righthand side blown up to fill the whole space). Any suggestions as to what the issue might be?

Would you be able to send the graphic so we can see it? Also tell us what program was used to create the graphic.

I'm very sorry. But I assure you if we'd received it we would have replied already. We reply to most emails same day. You should never need to wait more than a day for a reply.
Can you send an email without any attachment just in case it's being blocked for some reason. Having said that we don't operate strict spam filters anyway so I don't understand why it should have been blocked.
The problem though is caused by some graphics programs creating or saving images with a higher or lower than expected DPI. The quickest solution would be if we could get the image from you we'd convert it to one that can be printed correctly.
I will add though that this really is something that we should fix within the MiniMRP program. In other words MiniMRP should detect the DPI and adjust itself accordingly. I'll make sure this fix gets bumped to the top of the 'ToDo' list.

You probably don't believe me when I say that we always reply quickly. If you don't get reply same day or next day then assume we did not get your email.
Please try sending one more time
Please also send an email without the graphic. We don't use spam filters but just in case there's something strange in your graphic
But also try making a new graphic for MiniMRP. Make it half the size recommended by MiniMRP. If that still prints too big then try even smaller.

Hello Guest. (Mathew)
Yes your picture cam through. No idea why it didn't get through before.
But I don't see any problem with your picture. It works fine printing from MimiMRP v4 and v5. Is it possible that the image you sent isn't the exact same one that minimrp is setup to use
See MiniMRP setup for the for/path to the image that MiniMRP is setup to use.
After all that though we've just released an update that should fix this printer DPI problem.
After downloading the latest version (5.0.115 or above) go back to MiniMRP setup and re-select the image file and save setup. When you then print the image should be printed correctly even if the DPI is non-standard.
