Topic: Keeping Track of Different Lots

I was wondering if this program is capable of tracking quantities between distinct lots of the same part.
I have been working with the free trail and can't seem to find an easy way to implement this.
Let me know if I missed something.

When we receive a delivery we take the whacker and dial the next number (GRN Number) into the device and place a small label on each part if the parts are big or on the box if they're small. Also the same label on the GRN note. | |

| By: Guest | Posted on: Aug 29 2023 at 09:33:11 AM | No traceability in MiniMrp. The best you could do is write down your GRN number used on the picking list. Obviously you need that label on the parts received.
We do the same as mentioned here, although we copy the received details into access, then print labels. We also use a custom report print for the pick list, again via access to give us a better layout, then if needed write down the picked GRN for the works order.
If you need automatic actual lot tracking, you are going to have to go for a bigger system. | |
