Add a 'part' to your database with a part number such as "LABOR". Give it a supplier and a supplier cost per unit of labor.
Then add a quantity of that part to your assembly.
If/When you increase the cost of your labor you just increase the cost of "LABOR" and the build cost of all assemblies will be recalculated automatically.
One 'down-side' of doing it that way is that each time you process a work order it will deduct a quantity of that part from your inventory.
But the next version of MiniMRP (April 2018) has a new 'Type' for things like labor which have a value and affect the cost of assemblies but which will not be deducted from inventory when you build.
