I currently have 3 licenses for V4 and in the process of upgrade to the new V5. How do I upgrade my current licenses?

In the top right corner of this page you'll see the "Prices" button. Go to that page then scroll to the bottom of that page and you'll see the button for ordering upgrade licences. The standard price is $65 but is reduced to $50 when you get to checkout and increase the quantity to your 3 licences.
That's the licence issue. Next thing is getting your v4 data into v5. Using v4 make a backup. Then, using v5 'Restore' that backup into v5. That's assuming you have a standard 'non-SQL Server' installation. If you do have v4 Enterpise and SQL Server and not sure how to backup/restore then send us an email and we'll explain in more detail once we know your current setup.

Are my current licenses V4 valid for a period of time until I get V5 up and running? We have used the 30 day trial V5 to make sure everything works. So we should be good to go.

Upgrading to v5 does not make any changes to v4. You can continue using v4 for as long as you want.
Both version can't share the same data though - but you can continue using v4 and make a backup in v4 and restore that into v5 so you have recent data to play with while continuing to use v4 for your real work.
When you're finally ready to make the switch just do one last v4 backup and restore into v5 and you're good to go.
