We have multiple warehouses, and to fill a customers order we send the parts to the customer from multiple warehouses.
How do you create multiple work orders for the warehouses under one customer order?

I assume you have the 'Enterprise' version of MiniMRP and your Warehouses are set up as separate locations?
Sorry. MiniMRP can't do that. Each 'Location' functions independently. The locations can see each others inventory and transfer inventory between locations
But, as an example, Location_A can't create and process a customer order that ships product from Locations A and B on a single customer order.
I suppose it would be possible to do that in some future version. We just never did it before because nobody ever asked for it and it never occurred to us to do something like that.
All I can do is put this in the 'suggestion box'.
