I am getting what i believe are inconsistent answers when i query the system. If i download all Assemblies and Components into a spreadsheet and count the number of line items it does not match the number on items shown when I go to reports/inventory/complete inventory valuation by part number. This report shows a lower count.I have looked at both hidden and obsolete parts and that number does not make up the difference.

Do you have any negative numbers? I think they are excluded.

The inventory valuation report should include all items.
Are you able to make a backup of your database and send the file to us?

Items with negative quantities should be visible in the report but their (negative) values are ignored in the total valuation.
