I placed an order on the 6th jan ref 768495323, and have had no follow up, my payment has been accepted can you investigate.

@Larry. you did not give your own email address during the payment process. You gave INFO@.... which I assume is a generic mail box maybe attached to a paypal account ?.
Look in there and also look in your spam filter.
Edit: Hi Larry. I see you've made contact by email and, if I'm not mistaken, your problem was solved in less than an hour.
