is there a way to print a pick list for a work order? other than just printing a BOM.

When looking at a MultiLevel BOM you see the menu button at the top of the window - click that and select the 'Pick List' option.
In fact the pick list is just a BOM except in the case of a MultiLevel BOM if an item appears in multiple places (same common component in multiple sub assemblies) the Pick List rolls all the quantities together so you can pick the total quantity in one go rather than visiting the same BIN/Shelf multiple times.
With that in mind the Pick List option isn't available in the menu if you're looking at a single level BOM because the pick list and the bom would be pretty much the same anyway.
Having said that - please tell us what other information you'd want to see on your pick list. If it's sensible we'll consider it for a future update.

This Pick List Form can work for our ISO9001 requirements. We just need a completed signature and date location at the bottom of the form. On a pick list, it would be nice to have a column header for picked quantity and a column header for notes. That way then the form is self explanatory. It helps various people fill it out the same way. There is the need for a Pick list on single level BOMas well if you can add these items.

Thanks Troy. I put this into the suggestion box.
