Hi, please can you tell me if it is possible to have multiple delivery dates on the same PO. If I have 3 lines on my PO do they all have to be dated for the same date or can each line be dated separately
thanks

You can have different date on each row.
Near the top of the PO window is the blue wrench button. Click that and a small menu appears with the option to use a Common date yes/no.
If common date is enabled then a date appears at the top of the PO.
If the common date is disabled then a column appears on the PO where each row can have a different date.

Great.
Since such a frame order can run for a whole year or more, we seem to forget why an older number is still on the list.
It could possibly save some time to have a PO type column on the list, so that it is visible instantly which ones are single and which ones are 'Frame' orders?
Just an idea for after the V5 release?

When you create the orders maybe you could prefix the Customer Order Number with "FR-" or something like that.
Or, if the order already exists, open it and key in that FR- as a prefix to the existing customer order number.
Then when you get the list of orders you'd see which are your 'Frame' orders. You could even click the Order Number column header to instantly sort by that column basically grouping the "FR" orders together.
Would that work for you?

Could this also work when issuing Frame PO's? And would I be able to go back and add this FR to already created PO's?

I amended a line on a PO to have a due date in the future which is showing on the PO but in the 'list of Purchase Order' it still shows the old past date in red. I have hit refresh and it still doesn't up-date.
