It would be nice to have a terms field on the PO form.

When creating a purchase order there's a little notes/comments box in the bottom left corner of the window.

Also. If you want a single line of text that appears at the bottom of All purchase orders then go to setup (very bottom of the menu bar). In setup there's tabs for Customer and Supplier. In there you can add a footer that appears on all purchase orders.

The problem I see is that the "notes" fields are too small. I have many pages of terms. I plan to have my terms as a separate .pdf document. I will then use an app to merge the terms with the .pdf of the PO before I send to my suppliers.

We have created a Misc product called "Terms" (or "Note"), the description for this points to our website address with various terms.
We then just add that product line to our purchase and sales orders.

If you're emailing or faxing the PO to the supplier then it's no problem to append as many sheets of T&C's to the email/fax
