Can I buy 2 licenses today at the 2-4 price, and then add a 3rd license in a week or two and still get the 2-4 pricing on the second order? (i.e. while we confirm how many total licenses we need/want)

if you purchased the 3rd licence via the website it wouldn't give you the lower price.
But when you want that 3rd licence just email and we'll reply with a payment link where you can get it.
