This may already be offered in a later version than we currently use,but is there a way to publish date/time code on the BOM? We may make a revision to a BOM sometimes more than one time per day. Its tough to know the latest BOM.

The traditional way to solve this problem is to increment the Assembly's Revision field whenever a change is made to the Assembly's BOM. Revisions are usually letters or numbers but, if it makes better sense for your organization, I think there are enough characters in the Revision field to enter a date.

As Ken said. use the revision field. Leave the part number the same as the previous revision and just increment the revision. Maybe 1A, 1B, 1C for minor changes and then back to 2A for a major revision.
Also look at 'Custom Fields'. Maybe use field#1 for the date/time to record when that revision was created.
