Is there a way to get a report that shows the receipt date of purchase orders? I can get late deliveries or past due, but not something that tells me for each PO when it was received. It would be nice if is was on the same report as "Purchasing in given period". showing PO Number, Date Placed, Date Received and value

On the menu on the left select "Purchase Orders > GRNs". This brings up a list of deliveries that are incomplete (partially received).
Click the [More] button. This brings in deliveries that are complete.
The "Received" column shows the receipt date. Click the column header to sort the list by date.
Click the "Supplier" column header to sort the list by supplier name. etc.

I am running version 4.2.87 (S). It does not work the way you describe. When I select "Purchase Orders> GRNs" there is no "more" button, all receipts show. Is there way to get the PO value on this report?

Receipt date of purchase order.
When you click the "Purchase Orders > GRNs" menu button you see the list of all deliveries. Ignore the comment about the "More". That onlyonly appears when you have a large number of old deliveries. The list shows deliveries, the date ordered and the date received. So that should get you your receipt dates.
You second question was values of deliveries.
The GRN list can't show the value of PO's because a delivery could be partial so if a value was shown then it would have to be the value of the items on each delivery - not the total PO value. I assume they decided that was too much for a "Mini" mrp. They tend to add features based on number of people asking for it.
The report section of the program does give Value of PO's in any given period.
