I am currently using trial mini MRP and I am trying to figure out how to send my PO's electronically. I see an option to print to a file but it appears to be disabled. Can you advise if it is possile (without having to print hard copy and scan).

In our organization, we "print" PO's directly to a PDF file using a PDF printer driver (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Print to PDF, etc.) then e-mail the PDF file to the supplier.
