We are in a transition from P&V to MiniMRP. I would like to refresh the P&V database in MiniMRP every Monday morning to keep them in sync until we switch over. How do I refresh the database and not lose User Access Control settings etc.

Sorry Steve. It's not possible.
You can not 'Merge' P&V data into the MniMRP database. When you restore a database the restored database replaces the old one.
