I current work for a company that I have a copy of MiniMrp Pro Enterprise on my system.
I am looking to purchase one copy of the MiniMRP Standard to also run on my system for my own company. Is there any problems with having both on the same computer.

If your Pro version is accessing a database on a separate network server and you install the Standard version to access a private/local database then there should be no conflict.
