I have a component which is in no assemblies at all currently. In "stock works orders" and "customer works order" there are a few items but nothing is currently allocated. But for some reason this component is still showing on the shortages list as 20 allocated and 20 short. Is there a way to fix this?

I have done everything I can think of. It's still showing "Allocated: 20" and "Shortage: 20" on a component that we don't have on any BOMs or any works order. Could I please get help in fixing this?

In the menu bar to the left of the program window go to the very bottom near the back/up restore options and you see a "Check/ReSync" button. Maybe make a backup first. then do the check/resync.
Does that fix it?
