How do I run the Total Stock Value By Category report on a per warehouse basis?

When you close all tabs you can switch to a different warehouse (house button in the bottom left corner of the window). Then go to Reports and run whatever reports you want.
But if you want one report showing all warehouses one after the other then I'm afraid you can't. You'd need to export each one to csv and merge them in excel.
