What is the best way to upload the information? Can I use an excel file or must it all be entered manually?

Our company had this program about 4 years ago, but the individual responsible for inputting all the information has left our company and we do not have the original disk or computer to continue the work.
Is there any way we can access the account or at least have our information that was originally entered to show up on a new purchase?

If you have your inventory data in an excel file with columns for part numbers, descriptions, vendor data costs etc. Then yes. It can all be imported into MiniMRP.
In excel you open the "File" menu and select the option to "SaveAs". Change the file type to CSV comma delimited file.
Once you have your csv file you can import it into MiniMRP. See the Inventory menu. See the csv import option.
Other question about the user who left the company, lost licence etc. Please email us and we should be able to help you find the licence data.
