In work orders, when I click the wrench (upper left) and select (Show only work order shortages). Then I enter a date to forecast to then click GO. No shortages are listed. There is only a blue moving circle in the middle for about 2 seconds. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Yes my work order has shortages.

Terry. We're not aware of a bug. Nobody has reported a bug like that before.
Remember that running the shortage report inside the work order window means it ignores all other work orders. So, you might not have enough materials to build 'all' work orders but the other work orders will be ignored in this case.
Anyway. We'll run some tests and release an update if necessary.

I ran into the same problem, but after using the [More] button the list updated to show Work Orders.

Daniel. Terry (the post at the top of this page) asked about shortage report inside of a specific work order.
I think you are asking about the list of work orders. Normally when you click the button in the menu you get a list of incomplete work orders. Then when you click the 'More' button the list then includes completed work orders.
Or are you saying that you list did not initially contain the incomplete work orders until you pressed the More button
